I have a new addiction….it’s the Ab Boot Camp workout by Billy Blanks. If you’ve never tried Tae-bo before for weight loss, you should. This is the kind of workout that you actually feel in your muscles the next day so that you know you were working them out. I am feeling good results in my stomach area, which is what I need. I can actually feel muscles where there was nothing but fat and skin before. But, I should say that the Boot Camp series is not just for your abs. It’s an all-over body workout and you will be pleased. I have nothing negative to say about this work out. Billy knows what he is doing. It’s not boring. It’s challenges you to do more than what you think you’re capable of. I actually want to do this workout everyday as opposed to having to force myself to workout.
